Villa Embasadora, El Cajon

There wasn't anything positive about the hotel except check out. This was by far the worst hotel i've ever seen. I left the next morning without even showering in the scary bathroom. I made the terrible mistake of leaving my Sleep Apnea machine in the room. I've tried everything to talk to the staff about arranging it to be shipped to me. They never have time to talk to me and have hung up on me several times. This is a medical issue its not like its a phone charger or a pair of shoes. Its an expensive machine and it can't be bought just anywhere. It would have been nice for a little hospitality. All that was asked was if they could drive the breathing machine two miles away to the Ups store. They where to be paid for there trouble. Hopefully they will help resolving this issue.
