did not deliver

We booked a suite, we were put on the 3rd floor, filthy carpets, kitchen was not equipped for cooking or eating, didn's want clients to use the kitchen, no closets, no elevator, no internet in the room. didn't know about the 3rd night at 1/2 price, nor did Travelodge booking agents, only learned about it after checking out and taking a brochure from the hotel lobby and them it was too late, you have to know about it when you book. The buffet continental breakfast is okay if your taste runs to green or over ripe bananas and apples that have seen better days.
