DoubleTree Suites by Hilton - Times Square, New York

the hotel was great. curb side drop off. the bell hop took our bags promptly and directly to our room. they parked our car in the garage. the hotel is in the middle of times square and easy access to anything you want to do.

We loved it here, it is close to everything. This was the first time my family had been to NYC and can not wait to go back. I have highly recommended this hotel to all my friends. It was definately worth the time and money.

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the 42nd floor and it was very quiet. Loved looking out the window at the activity below. Great location! Loved it and will stay there again if I have the opportunity.

July 8 – July 13, 2009 we had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was great! On our first night, there was a problem with the TV. We called maintenance and they came right away and replaced our TV with a new one. When the TV went out it left a smell, dying TV smell. We asked if it was possible to change rooms. They sprayed this room and we could have stayed but they had a bellman there in less than 10 minutes to move us to another room. They were very professional, kind and accommodating - no questions asked. The staff is to be commended. Throughout our stay the restaurant staff beginning with the hostess, waiters and food prep staff went out of their way to make each meal pleasant. We had breakfast there every morning. My son looked forward to going; it was a very warm and inviting atmosphere - that says a lot coming from an eleven year old. The food was great as well. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. Our room was cleaned expertly every day. We requested extra towels and they were left daily without an additional request. The room was spotless upon our return. The bellmen were very helpful and were always asking ways to assist the guest. The concierge ladies did their job. They however did not exhibit the same warmth as the other hotel staff. There was a gentleman there on Saturday who was very helpful and greeted and assisted us with the same kindness as the other staff. The ladies did their job and were efficient, but were not helpful. They answered your questions with yes, no and I don't know responses. They also had nothing available from the hotel highlighting daily events in the city as most hotels offer. I had already mapped out most of our trip so it was not a problem, but I guess I was looking for the inside scoop from someone who lived in the city and who had experience directing guest to less advertised places. Overall we would rate our stay as the best hotel experience to date. We travel frequently and have stayed in many grand and great hotels, but the service and staff at this location are superior. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

EVERYTHING was fantastic the hotel its location its staff the suites were big and had everything you needed i celebrated my 50th birthday there and me and my two sistershad a great time we would love to go back ann sue and bev from notts uk

New York City has three more fans thanks to the Doubletree in Times Square. The chocolate chip cookies, the location, the staff, the room and the view all exceeded expectations! I'd definately stay at the Doubletree again.

First time to NYC....great location of the hotel to walk to everything we wanted to see and do, or get a cab or tour bus. Would stay here again!

My family has visited NYC twice and both times we stayed at the DT-TS. We love it! Great location, helpful staff, very adequate suites. For a southern boy like me the beakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, especially since I'm a Hilton Platinum card member and breakfast was free for my family. I understand that it is rather expensive otherwise. The last time we were guest there was a street festival going on and traffic was bad. My wife got out of the car and walked down the street to find the parking valet. He cleared the street, moving the cabbies, and ushered us to the front door. The kind of service you are more than glad to tip!! This hotel may not have the snob appeal of some others but it is "top shelf" in my book.

We loved how we were treated by staff and the timely manner in which they responded to calls. Rooms appeared to be clean. Cookies at check in were a hit. My first time to new york. Loved the location. Did not like to red colored walls on the 5th floor. Definitely did not like the roads being jack hammered and can only pray that we were not exposed to anything. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Maybe another time. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED BY BRAND OF TOILETRIES AND COFFEE AND TEA. Like the wet but did not use it because it was EXTREMELY overpriced.

Everything as describe, BIG, CLEAN room in a NY hotel. GREAT for a family, you can't found a room this size in NY for that PRICE! What a cookies...MMMM, Super Friendly employers. We can't wait to return.
