Wow - this is a very nice hotel
By Bobby G 55, 5/6/09
True gem of a hotel. Fantastic front desk staff - very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is beautiful - lots of marble and oak in the lobby. Guest rooms are beautiful, roomy and the beds are VERY comfortable. The Hyatt sits right in the middle of a lovely town center with plenty at least a dozen nice bars and restaurants that have courtyard or outdoor seating. I am very impressed with this hotel and will stay here again.

Best place I ever stayed!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/4/09
We spent the weekend of January 23, 2009. When we checked in we were given a coupon for 50% off at the Hotel Restaurant, (Market Street Grill), the food was awesome. The rooms were spotless and the staff was wonderful. I want to go back just to stay here even though it is 3 hours away.

Cheapness in providing service
By jacob, 7/1/08
I had a very bad experiance staying at hyatt. There was a cheapness to everything that was provided.Starting from the market grill with breakfast where the waiters and hostess were hawking the table to see what you took from the buffet to ignoring us as a family and seating guests that were standing in line behind us untill we made a stink about it.Also the room cleaning service did not stock back water in our room and did not clean the room or make the beds when we came back to the room.I do not know how you can operate a 4 diamond hotel this way. Many guests that arrived with us for the wedding from all over the world had similar experiances so I am sure that this was not an isolated incident.

Perfect and Outstanding
By Chris and Fernanda, 4/16/07
It's just a beautiful hotel with all things you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Exceptk, they are warm and friendly, unpretensious, and the staff really shows that they care in such an effortless way. The hotel's restaurant is called the Market Street Bar and Grill. It's apart of the Town Center and attached to the hotel. You would never know this is a hotel restaurant. It is highly rated and our waiter confided to us that they act within the hotel and on the street as an independent. How that works, I don't know... but it seems to work great! By the way, the crab cakes are amazing!!!

VERY Dirty Pool
By Bobbi, 2/4/07
The hotel was gorgeous, the staff and the room was very nice. We ran into a problem because we had promised my 5 year old all day that she could swim in the "nice, warm pool." Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken because someone let the water get too low and let the heater burn up. When we were told this at 2PM, I noticed debris in the corners of the pool. We were told the pool would be fixed in a couple hours. We went back at 6PM and the pool was still not warm. I let my little one swim for a few minutes because I had promised all day. The debris from earlier in the day was still there along with a hair ball the size of a golf ball that really freaked my child out. We decided to leave when a used band-aid floated right beside her. You would think such a nice place would take better care of their pool.

Hyatt Regency Reston Town Center
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/1/06
Despite the fact that we stayed over Christmas Eve, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. Front Desk, Bell Staff, and Concierge all were very attentive and assisted to see to our every need. The hotel is quite nice and the two rooms our group occupied had plenty of room and the linens were exceptional. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we were unable to take advantage of the brunch. There should be some availability for hotel guests over outside parties. Despite this one objection, this was overall a very good experience.
