Microtel Inn by Wyndham Williamsville/Buffalo Airport, Williamsville

it is affordable and sometimes overlooked since it is near eastern hill mall while most people are at walden galleria or factory outlet mall or boulvard mall stayed here for years and they have really upgraded the bad reviews on this site dont understand that think they are sour grapes nothing wrong with this hotel what so ever , you will get a good night sleep here with nothing to worry about

My husband and I decided to go to the US for Black Friday this year, at last minute we decided to book a room, well that is not always easy day or so before.. we found Microtel online and compared to other places this one was the only reasonable one price, pictures, reviews etc..on the way there we were a little scared of we would be going into. Front desk was helpful and got us anything we needed, the place was clean, maybe need a little updating, which looked like they were doing, for new windows were being out in, but still was very nice, gave fresh towels in morning but nothing extra, but we did have our own shampoos etc, if staying more than one night do not expect the beds to be made, because it will not happen and garbage is not picked up daily. THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. You get to adjust your own heat which is great, and they offered long distance calling which was great because I was able to check in with my son....I would recommend this place and I will go back and visit, the town itself it is located in is very nice.

I've been happy with other Microtel hotels, but I was very disappointed with the Microtel Inn near the Buffalo airport. This hotel is a total dump. The carpets are old and the public hallways smell bad. The room smelled bad like dirty carpets. The bed was saggy, the pillows flat. The shower facet dripped, the the toilet ran all night and was very loud when it refilled. The room walls are paper thin and I had to listen to the next room's phone conversation and TV till it was late. They charge for shuttle service. It would be cheaper to stay at the hotels across the street from the airport and walk to the airport. The staff were polite, but I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never stay at another Microtel. This hotel is no value at any price.

The room was not clean, had to blow a long black hair off the telephone before using. The "on demand shuttle" left before we got to the desk , which was 5 mins before our designated time. Wake up call was 10 mins late. On return we called for shuttle ....after 1/2 hr we had to call again and were told to take a taxi. Will not stay there again. Cigarette burns on bathroom were also a nice touch.

Price attracted me-a fatal error. Stayed on first floor-supposedly a quiet room. Every sound from 2nd floor was heard-akin to elephants walking about. Every time plumbing was used it would be heard loudly. Toilet flushing made me think I was besde Niagara Falls. Carpeting was filthy!!! I didn,t walk aroun in bare feet afraid of what I,d pick. The breakfast was little better, No decaf. ano orange juice-broken, etc. Told desk who said they were tring to repair. Gvave me small rebate but since the noise woke me up again before 6:am, hardly satisfactory. Phoned 800 line. Listened but no follow up.

My stay was very nice.. The bar and restaurant met my needs as did the fitness center. The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

VERY NICE HOTEL,NEAR EVERY THING,VERY HELP FULL STAF,CLEANE WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET. STAF WAS VERY HELP FULL.MY WORK REQUIR FAX SERVICE AND THESE PEOPLE DELIVER MY FAX ANY TIME 1AM I HAD FAX BROUGHT TO ME.IWILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL WHEN I WILL BE IN THIS AREA.KEEP UP GOOD WORK.THANKS
