Rooms - Poor Quality, unhappy stay
The hotel location is good, the court yards and bar are fine but the rooms leave a lot to be desired.
The beds are old and very uncomfortable. We felt it may colaps each time we moved. We had a junior suite and could not believe the poor/cheap quality of the furniture and light fictures. We asked to be moved from the first junior suite and found the second was not much better. While in reception and at breakfast I overhead other guests complaining about their rooms.
The walls in the breakfast dining room are old, moldy and crumbling. The lighting was dim to try to disguise this.
We planned to stay for 3 nights but moved to Hotel Los Seises after only one. It has the same location with beautifully decorated rooms and at a better rate.
I'm not sure how Hotel Las Casas de la Juderia received its 4 star rating. We stayed in a better 3 star hotel in Granada.
We loved our hotels in Madrid, Granada, Arcos, Cordoba and Toledo. This hotel overshadowed our visit in Seville.
The room pictures on their website are of their suites, not their junior suites or superior rooms.
I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone as it is very poor value for the cost.
