Nice getaway hotel
By Dave Wong, 8/5/09
We enjoyed the location, close to the beach and boardwalk. Suites were clean and comfortable. We like the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Staff was very professional and helpful. Parking was a little tight, but hey, who needs to drive anywhere.

Don't Stay Here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/26/08
On Sept. 19, 2008 in the evening we went to Brighton Suites to check in. We had reservations. We parked in lobby level parking garage handicap spot. BJ checked us in and told us we had to move car to basement level lot because they had vans coming in the baseball teams and they needed all the spots for their vans. She stated all cars would be told to park in the basement. I stated I had a handicap placard and she reiterated they needed all the spots on that floor because their vans would not fit in the basement spots. I walked out to calm down. I came back in and talked to Rose and her explained that BJ did not put that right and they needed that bigger spot for a conversion van if one came in. She said she needed a bigger spot if someone was in a wheel chair. (which I am not in) We moved our car but the handicap spots are so tight in the basement I wasn't able to open my door completely and with my handicap this made it difficult to squeeze out. After dinner I checked the lobby lot and there were several cars in lobby lot. I thought to myself that BJ said they needed all the spots for the big baseball team vans. I told Rose I did not want to stay there the 2 nights I had reserved and she told us that if she could sell our room we would not have to pay for the second night. It did get sold so we were let out of our 2nd night. Spoke to Lisa (manager) next day and told her the above story and she had me fill out a complaint form against BJ and gave me a box of salt water taffy for my trouble. The next day the lobby lot was still filled with cars and not vans.

Hotel was very nice. It was close to restaurants and shops. The beach was only a block away. The staff was nice and the room was very clean. I would definately stay again.

Just Keep Looking
By ElenaD, 7/25/08
We would never, ever stay at this hotel again. Front desk staff was very unfriendly - we were greeted rudely because our big pickup truck did not fit in their garage. No smiles like you get at the Hampton Inn. The room had mildew and mold on the walls, bed was uncomfortable, noise level from above and below kept us up all night. Not kid friendly, can't say anything nice....Just keep looking...

Our favorite Rehoboth hotel
By Bob, 2/26/07
We were there in mid-February for a get-away. The front desk was very folksy and pleasant. They have a good swimming pool and an adequate exercise area. Sammy's Luncheonette, etc. is next door for breakfast and they're a block and a half from the beach. There were two tv's in the room so I could watch ESPN and she could watch msnbc. If you brought kids this might also be helpful. We did not use the DVD player as there was not a DVD store within walking distance and this was a time I wanted to not drive. Two great restaurants, Planet X and Zeus, are directly across the street. Also, they were very inexpensive. Will return. Bob

Great Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/27/05
We had lots of space and the bed was comfortable. It was close to the beach and the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were included in our package. There's a parking garage under the building. We walked every where. We didn't have to move the car once. The cleaning staff cleaned in the morning and replaced towels in the afternoon. That was great. Down side...The front desk staff need to work on their people skills. 3 out of 4 of the women we talked were not friendly. They didn't volunteer any information. They only answered what you asked. Not the way to build a business.
