Beautiful Atmosphere & Professional Staff~
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/25/10
My family stay at this hotel was beautiful! After driving for over 8hrs to attend an event in NJ, We was welcomed by a Manager Kristin and another gentleman by the name of Ky. They both had smiles that lit up the room and carried such professional work ethnics. Not only did the professionalism stop with them, I woke up the next morning having realized I left all of my toiletries decided to stop by the front desk. Mr. Ky was still here again with another gentleman both showing concern about my mishap. I was provided all essential items that I needed and I was even more pleased when the two asked if I needed any other items to call and one would glady bring to my suite. Hats Off to the Managers at Embassy for having a great set of workers to assist the elderly as myself!

Good Hotel - Below Avg Complementary Breakfast
By charit, 4/21/09
Booked two rooms for one night during our trip to NYC. I frequntly stay at Embassy Suites for business and personal trips. They are great and value for money. Kids love the extra space in the room. Complementary breakfast is always the plus. Everything at Embassy Suites Parsippany was typical of what you would find at any Embassy Suite - very good. Except the breakfast was a big surprize. Usually all emabssy suites have lavish breakfast with multiple choices. At this one the breakfast was extremely limited. To begin with very little fruits or vegetarian choice. Instead of fresh fruits they seem to have opened cans. They usually have lot of vegetarian options but at this one only they had only one. Limited quantity and variety of Cereals Usually bacon and Sauages are available in plenty out in open. However there were no sausages and bacon was kept in the back and the cook was giving a few at a time!! Breakfast potatos were not good tasting and oily. This was the variety and quality over father's day weekend when the hotel was quite full. I am not sure what they do on regular day. So, over all good hotel with swimming pool etc, but if you are expecting to also get the usual Embassy breakfast, you would be disappointed. This makes me question their happy hour - what kind of quality and variety it has. I missed the happy hour as we reached hotel late at night.

Me and my boo like going to the embassy. You get one free drink each night and a free breakfast with your stay. Cool place.

This is why the Hiltons are so rich, they are cheap!
By James, 7/13/06
Very Dissatified. I was part of a wedding party(best man actually), and missed the date to call by for the reserved room pricing. With putting aside that I should have been prompt in calling to reserve a room, I was very displeased to find out that they woudln't give me the special rate. This situation just pissed me off enough to complain on this site, just keep this in mind when you donate your money to the Hiltons.

Wonderful place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/05
I stayed at this hotel with my family and a close friend of ours with their family we had the most exciting time at this place, we go once or twice a year together with all the kids and by far no hotel in the area comes close to this one. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds, very nice layout, pull out sofas, 2 tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, microwave, refrigerator. We had a problem that our bathroom had a smell from the from the guests prior to us within 5-10 minutes the room service came and took care of that smell with special chemicals, they also have the most beautiful atrium-lobby with a water fall and water fountain, the kids just loved to cross the little bridge over the water in the hotel they even have some birds in a cage with beautiful plants. the bottom line is that you cant go wrong and specially they price is great for such a beautiful place.

Great Hotel but no internet access
By froggiehowe, 11/14/05
I just got back from a 3 day business trip and I stayed at this hotel. The Hotel itself was great. The breakfast was ok (it's a full breakfast, not just a continental). The only complaint that I have is that they changed $9.95 per day for Wireless Internet Access. If you choose to use their dataports, the charge was $1.25 for 60 minutes and $0.10 a minute after that. You're basically forced to purchase the wireless. If you choose to use their wireless, bring your own Wireless-G card. If you pride yourself as a "Business Hotel", please join the year 2005 and give out free access to the internet. Other than this small complaint, my stay was great. The staff is excellent and I've never seen a lobby quite like theres in my lifetime. Beware of the fountain in the foyar. Beautiful but you can hear it from everyroom, even when the door is closed. Learn to sleep with sounds of a falls. :) FYI...NOT children friendly!!!

Great Experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/3/05
I had a great weekend staying in this hotel. They were very accomodating. The room is large, clean and comfortable. I was impressed and will definitely stay there again. There are some great restaurants in the area if you choose not to eat in theirs.

Impressive!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/04
I just got back from a two day stay at this hotel, and was pretty happy with all the amenities and service. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great (although they start cleaning up under you and taking things away well before it's supposed to close--get there early), and the hotel itself was very pretty. I would definitely stay there again...it was by far the best hotel in its price range I've used.
