We liked the fact that ALL the elevators worked, and the staff had their own elevators (we originally booked at the nearby Clarion and only 2 or their 3 elevators were working and yes, staff was monopolizing one of those 2 elevators in the morning!!!) The room was clean, easy to get extra wash cloths. Staff and laundry people were very pleasant. Front desk check-in was fast and efficient; no lines. Location to Disneyland is very convienient, and close to convention center.

Close enough to walk to Disneyland yet it had shuttle service. We booked the family suite which had 2 adjoining rooms so we each had our own bathroom, TV, Fridge, Microwave etc. We were close to each other but still had privacy and the price was reasonable. Location was convenient to shopping, diners, fast food and even the beach. We had a great time.

Chose this hotel through a travel arrangement by Expedia because of its proximity to Disney. The entrance really IS walking distance away. Room was clean, hotel appears recently surface remodeled, staff was friendly and helpful, check in and check out was quick, painless and smooth. But these are all things you expect for $150 a night. I know times are tough....consumers and businesses alike are cutting corners wherever possible...........BUT. At the rates this hotel charges, I don't think hot water should be considered a luxury. My wife first noticed that the sink water never got warm as we got ready for bed on our first night in. Then she tried the shower......got lukewarm after running about 10 minutes. Called front desk.....sorry, our maintenance man lives IN BAKERFIELD, so he can't make it in tonight! Luckily, we planned on showers in the morning. Tried shower in the morning. Got 1 barely tolerable lukewarm shower in. Daughter tries shower. Guess we used up our allotment of lukewarm water for the day in my 5-minute shower. Nothing but cold water. Hey Front Desk!!!!......."OK, we'll send up someone right away." 30 minutes later......we had to leave, but reminded the front desk of the "send someone up right away" that never happened. "OK, we'll take care of it." Get back at night......lukewarm water in sink; same in shower. Try again in the morning.....same story. Have to leave to go to Disney, so we don't have time to wait around another 45 minutes for the maintenance man from Bakersfield. But really.....for nearly $150 a night, should hot water be extra? Never again!

2 grandparents, 4 parents and 6 kids. Tha hotel was very accomodating with 1 family that showed up as a surprise. They were put on the same floor at the same rate that we had previously arranged for the rest of us. The free breakfast was the hotel highlight for the kids and the grandparents. Parents got to have some quiet time while the rest of us cooked waffles and filled up for the upcoming Disneyland day. Great location, we will stay again. Thanks

I loved this place! The room was huge, with the bath and bedroom complete with a TV in a media cabinet on one level, and then a step down into a full living room with a kitchen table and chairs, sofa, and another TV. Felt very luxurious. It was also meticulously clean and the housekeeper insisted on giving me a huge stack of fresh towels without me even asking when I declined to have her clean the room. The pool and hot tub were located in a courtyard in the center of the building and were great. The breakfast too exceeded my expectations with make your own waffles, and real eggs (not the kind you pour from a box) along with lots of other good eats.

Where do I begin?! WAY exceeded our expectations!! The super-convenient proximity to Disneyland and downtown Disney already being established.... Giant split level room with full living area, couches, big tv, that could be separated off by a curtain from the bedroom which had it's own big flat screen TV. This was great because the kids could go to bed and me and the wife could stay up on the couch and enjoy a glass of wine and a movie on the couch without keeping them up. Then in the morning a big breakfast buffet with fresh-made mini-waffles, hashbrowns, great scrambled eggs, tapatio salsa, yogurt, juices, etc. The pool and hot tub were great- an internal open-air courtyard. Super relaxing. One funny detail I loved was that the maid insisted on giving us some extra towels when she cleaned our room the next day- I totally loved that because somehow we always tend to need one or two more towels than come with the room. Actually, all the staff were super friendly and eager to help. Beds were super comfy, nice big flat screen TVs, strong free WiFi reception. Anyhow, I could go on and on, but bottom line everything was as I always hope for in a hotel, but rarely find. In hotel bar/restaurant looked great too, really stylish and relaxed, though we didn't get a chance to try it- they had some awesome deals advertised like a whole cheeseburger meal for 7.95, drink and fries included. Don't hesitate on booking your room here- you won't be disappointed!

The room was large and clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. We would highly recommend. Easy walk to the resort.

The all american breakfast was the same....poor attempt at a good breakfast...the coffee was terrible, luckily they only had 3 oz. cups.....room noise was high, the bathroom was cold in the a.m. and smelled like rotten eggs......oh, the 7am garbage truck was an added benefit!!!

Small things: no soap dish, shower cap or bath rug. I felt very safe on site. It is a great place for families to stay. Our room was large and I like having a microwave.
