We will definately go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/23/08
I booked 18 rooms for our soccer team in May 2008. I did not hear one complaint with regards to the rooms, service or facilities. The staff were very accomodating and even let us use the breakfast area to order pizza for the team. The rooms were very clean, checkin and checkout were done quickly and the staff were friendly in offering us Canadians directions for shopping. The only thing I would recommend is to cut a few carbs from the breakfast menu and add a couple of healthy choices. The breakfast was very good at no extra cost. I will be booking once again for two soccer teams and a family wedding both next May.

The services was bad and unprofessional.
By Pamela, 7/13/08
I dislike the services. We booked the hotel room two months ahead. It was late and we were tired. We drove from Detroit, Michigan to the hotel. From Detroit to New york it pouring rain in Detroit and Ohio. When we got to the hotel hoping to get a good night sleep, we found out that the rooms were over booked. How that can be if we booked the room ahead of time. What's worst is that they were not considerate of giving us a call. The front desk told us that they booked us a room in Super 8 Motel in Batavia, NY. What get us upset is that we drove by that area and now we had to drive back there. It makes no sense. The free night and $25 gift card does not make it up for the pain and time they caused us. Especially the tolls we also had to pay for. What kind of services is that? All they needed to do is give us a call on our cell phone which my husband left with them when making a reservation. The more I think about it...we booked the room two months ago. Why should we be the one suffering. An unhappy customer.

Good hotel but has some problems
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/14/06
Fire alarm went off three times in two days when someone started to cook. It was very disturbing when it went off before 6:00 a.m. Also I saw a bed bug in the kitchen area. Breakfast is very good. Also a meal (cook off) at night was very convenient.
