SERVICE! SERVICE! SERVICE!
My Stay at the Holiday Inn was a really nice experience! Upon check in, Yvette (the front desk agent) offered to sign me up for priority club (which is a card usable at all intercontinental hotels) she then gave me several complimentary items in a very attractive gift bag. I stayed on the 3rd floor, the room was very nice and accommodating. I was able to keep my drinks in the fridge, and I enjoy popcorn while watching movies, so the microwave was great to have! I didn't utilize the bar, however the folks in there were having a super time! I did eat breakfast in the restaurant, it was very good. I am not a buffet fan, so I opted for the custom omelet, which was prompt and delicious. I ordered room service for dinner as the restaurant was quite busy. Much to my surprise, the order was delivered within 20 minutes, and the room service person even called to come get the tray. I really appreciated this, as I am not a fan of leaving my room service outside my door for everyone else to see. The free WIFI in the room was exceptionaly fast which is rare in hotels that offer the free service. The front desk, the main area housekeeper, the restaurant staff were all very very nice and made me feel welcome. This I found to be a very rare experience, as I do stay in hotels throughout the year, and find most hotel staff to be a little curt and watch as if you were a common thief. This was not my experience at the Holiday Inn. So NICE! I didn't utilize the swimming pool, however it did look very inviting and I noticed the maintenence staff taking care of it both days I was there. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Casa Grande. The Quality of the hotel and of the service is like none I have ever experienced. The staff is so incredibly friendly I couldn't help but smile at every one of them I came across. KUDOS to Holiday Inn! I appreciate you!
