The Westin Long Beach, Long Beach

This hotel was very clean when I visited with my family. The valet staff helped us with our luggage and the front desk was able to check us in right away even though we arrived at 10am. Norea was a pleasure to talk to and clearly explained how the parking worked and the hotel amenities. Our room was clean, overlooked the back of the hotel, which interestingly had a street fair going on that evening. We needed extra soap and shower caps and the staff brought it up promptly. We realized we did not really need a car but it is $16 a day. The valet price was a few dollars extra. The lobby restaurant was awesome, Hermie the bartender kept us entertained and the salads were amazing. The only drawback is the hotel does not have a salon or day spa on property, which I thought was odd. After given a few choices from the concierge, some places were closed and others were too busy to take walk-ins at that moment. My wife found the Salon 500, nearby Linden and Broadway. There is also an outdoor pool and gym on the 5th floor. Basic amenities and free internet in the lobby area. I would recommend this hotel to others because they had basically everything, including a gift shop.

Tonight I was turned away by the Long Beach Westin, because my pet was a cat. Their website says they accept PETS, but they actually only accept DOGS.They should be more clear about their pet policy.

Me and my husband absolutely loved it there. We had a-lot of fun staying there. The room service and rooms were excellent. We will be coming back there next summer and who knows maybe every summer. Just depends.

When we walked into our room they had nice low music playing along with all curtains open to enjoy the view. Free bottled water along with fresh apples. We used our AAA card and cut the price of deluxe harbor view room almost in 1/2. Only dislike is you HAVE to pay for parking self service $13 or valet $17 we went a head with valet since there was only a $4 difference.

The Westin Long Beach was truly an escape from a busy day of business training. The bed was wonderful and everything was so clean. I really felt so pampered!

Great location, beautiful hotel, excellent service. We are from the midwest and stayed here for a wedding. Had great drinks at the bar! Nice gift shop. Very close to the aquarium, queen mary, bubba gumps, and many great restaurants.

I always like Westin hotels, so the Westin Long Beach fell into that category, but it wasn't spectacular or anything out of the ordinary. Heavanly bed / shower are always nice. Staff was friendly at check-in. My one complaint would be a very rusty towel rack in the bathroom and a clogged drain in the tub.

The Staff and management were customer service oriented, and always had a smile!

I found this hotel to be clean and attentive to the needs of the guests. It has an above average workout room that is open all night. The location is perfect for the pier at Long Beach.

When I walked in the lobby, I was amazed how clean it was. When I got to the room, the bed was amzing and the view is spectacular. I would recommend Westin whenevr you are in Long Beach, California.
