Motel 6, Jacksonville

I had stayed in this Motel two times prior to this visit. Those two times, I got an upstairs room 209 & 211 which is in the front, overlooking the main office. They were clean. This visit, however, I ended up with a room in the back (upstairs). NOT CLEAN. They had roaches. Plural. One, I can deal with. But when you start seeing them everywhere - forget it. I went down to the office to complain. There were two workers in there. I think one may have been a cleaning lady. I told the desk clerk about the roaches and the 2nd lady said "You're in the back, aren't you?" I hadn't even said what room I was in. So she knew there were roaches. She LAUGHED as she said it. That's disgusting. It's likely I would stay here again, simply because of the prices. However, I will always request a front room. I advise others to do the same as well.
