Good no frills 45-50 place, but if you want frills, go to a $75 / night place.
Plus - national brand, space good, looks pretty good, up to date decor with analog cable, TV, frig, microwave with 2 outlets, laundry, outside pools surrounded by more expensive hotels, many that don't look as nice, lots of restaurants and mall, close to DuPont, FtLewis/McChord.
Minus - they only provide soap, towels, no hair dryer, breakfast, coffee. Strip mall off-freeway locale isn't bad but a bit downscale, wifi is $3 per night but works ok.
