Super 8 Glens Falls Ny, Queensbury

This hotel was the grossest hotel I have EVER stayed in... I am not someone who stays at fancy hotels so I do have comparison to other economy hotels, but this one was disgusting. We stayed in a non smoking room, but the sheets and linens reeked of smoke. The blanket was made out of a material similar to egg crate that you put under your mattress. Even after getting home we could still smell the smoke in all of our belongings. I had my twin boys who are 1 1/2 with us and let me tell you I would NEVER stay at another Super 8 for fear of it being as bad as this one. The front desk woman was also incredibly rude on Friday night when our room key stopped working. In an economy where all businesses are struggling I would think that customer service and housekeeping would be important. This place falls way below standards
