Super 8 Carbondale, Carbondale

Hotel was not the newest in town, but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use an update as the tile was getting loose. Overall I would definately stay hear again. Was a great price for a good hotel.

If you are looking for a very clean room with a friendly, competent staff this is the place to come! While those looking for a pool will have to look elsewhere, this property is wonderful for those looking for the basic needs. Was there last year, wanted to stay there again, and we will go back! Do check ahead; Carbondale is a university town, hosts various events, and can get filled up.

i loved staying at this hotel I was in town for an interview and stayed 3 nights and couldnt have recived better customer service!! The room was nice and clean and the microwave and fridge was a wonderful addition to the room. I had a great time there and to top it off my intervew went well because I got a good nights sleep. I highly suggest this hotel!!!

STAFF WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MAINTENANCE MAN NAMED CHRIS. NO SLEEP BECAUSE MATTRESS WAS BAD. IN MY OPINION THIS HOTEL IS POORLY RUN. HAVE HAD MUCH BETTER OOMS AT MOTEL 6 VERY SAD

The room was not very clean and had a bad odor staff wasn't very friendly.Did not feel comfortable and the beds and sheets blankets furniture was horrible, not what we thought it would be like compared to the other super 8s we have stayed. Nice location but wont stay again.

My entire family stayed here for my sisters wedding. My sister forgot her purse at the front desk. Instead of using the ID to find out what room she was staying in, a staff member took a credit card from the purse and waited to return it when she checked out. What an excellent wedding gift. The victim was the bride!

I was in town to visit some friends but they didn't have enough room at their place and I really only needed to be there for one night. The mini fridge and microwave was a great addition. Check-in was fast and the room was clean and noise free. The beds were comfortable and I had a great sleep. It would be a good place for parents if they were visiting their child at school. It's right across from the University Mall and the movie theater and a Super Walmart are near by. The only negative thing was you can see it from the road, but the entrance is hidden. You have to turn into what looks like the car lot next door.

The room was clean. There are three stories to this hotel and no elevator so travel light if you have that third floor room. The staff is cold,unfriendly and not very helpful. The only smile I saw was when a maid came into the lobby boasting about how much beer she found in the rooms she cleanned.
