Don't use your credit card at this motel. We stayed there once and extra charges were added to our credit card after we had checked out. We visit the area often and there are honest motels to stay at, Ramada and Hampton Inn are two......Posted by a visitor from Canada.....

What kind of people do you have working in this MOTEL????? We checked in that was find, went to our room thats was not so great but was ok. The next morning we went into the breakfast room and to our suprise found an older lady working in the breakfast room and she was the rudest lady I have ever met. We ask if she had any more milk, and she was very rude and said; if you people give me time I may go get it. Then she said you people should have came in to the breakfast room earlier than this because I have to get it cleaned up and leave. This lady working in the breakfast room was just plain RUDE!!!! We will never stay at this motel again. She acted almost like she owned the motel, and we told her that we paid for our room and breakfast came with the room and the sign near the breakfast room door said breakfast was from 6:30a.m. until 9:30a.m. and it was only 8:45a.m. so why was she in such a hurry. She walk out when we ask her that question. She was not nice at all. What is super 8 thinking letting a lady with manners like that work there in the first place. Not nice at all, not one bit.

Apon check in there was a very nice gentleman working at the front desk. He was so nice. We checked in about 5:00p.m. on a Friday. The man that was there working behind the front desk was so nice and helpful. Our room that we checked into was dirty. Dirty sheets on both beds, towel were stained and the coffee pot was so dirty. We called down to the front desk and the man there moved us into another room across the hall that was alot better. The gentleman working was so nice, but the motel was not so nice. So I would have to think long and hard before staying at this motel again.

I checked into this motel on a Saturday morning and we were due to check out Sunday. When we arrived there at the motel around 2:00p.m. there was a little short girl with brown hair setting in the lobby with her feet up in the chair and a tv remote in her hand we thought she was a guest. Just think of what a surprise we got when we found out she was the front desk clerk!!!!! She got up after my husband ask her if she knew if someone was working the front desk she said; oh, thats me!!!!! Then she said what do you'll need? She was so rude and I can not believe that a Motel would have a person such as that working at their front desk. While she was checking us in the phone rang and she talk on the phone while checking us in. We thought that was very rude, then she gave us a key, never told us how to get to our room or anything for that matter. The next morning when we came down to check out about 10:00a.m. this same girl was there setting in the chair in the lobby again watching tv. We laid the room key on the counter and stood there, after a minute or two she came behind the desk still looking up at the tv never said good morning or anything at all to us, she gave us a receipt and we left. We will never stay at this Super 8 again. Why would any motel have someone like that working at their front desk. She was not kind at all. You need to get better help and fast before you loose more guest super 8. Hope you will find better help for your front desk and the sooner the better!!!!!

Me and my family checked in after midnight the first part of March 2008 which was only a week ago. There was a young lady working at the front desk she was the nicest person I think we have ever met. She was so nice upon checking in. When me and my family went up to our room there was no towels and no soap or shampoo and the sheets on one of our beds were so dirty. I called down to the front desk and told her what we had found and not found in our room. She said how sorry she was and she came right up to our room with towels and soap and shampoo and a change of sheets for the bed. I offered to change the sheets on the bed myself but she would not hear of it. She said she was sorry about how we had found our room upon check in at least a half a dozen times and she changed the sheets on the bed herself. My uncle owns a Hotel in NC, I told my uncle about this nice lady and he said he will give her a job at his hotel any day of the week. I sure do hope that Super 8 Motel is aware of what a wounderful and good worker they have working there. And if she ever needs a job she has one waiting here. Other Motels need people like her. Super 8 Motel you are very, very, lucky to have this lady working for you and I hope that you already know that. I can't remember her name, but she was short with blond hair and was very nice to us. So we would stay at Super 8 Motel and the biggest reason for that is because of the wounderful service we recieved from the Front Desk Clerk.

I was at this Hotel about a week or so ago and I arrived there about 2:00a.m. and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpfull. When I got to my room and turned down my bed the sheets were dirty with black hairs on the sheets I do not believe they had been changed from the last person that stayed in that room. I went down to the Front Desk and told the young lady working there what I had found and ask her for new sheets she offered to put me in a different room and I told her that I didn't want to change my room only clean sheets. The front desk clerk came up to my room and changed the beds herself. She was so nice and so helpful. The next morning when I checked out around 10:00a.m. or so there was a different girl working at the front desk that was not so nice at all, setting in the lobby with both feet in the chair with the tv remote in her hand watching tv. When I went up to the front desk she looked at me and ask; you need anything? I just layed my key on the counter and left. I think that was very rude. You should have more people working there like the lady that was working when I checked in. I will stay there again but plan on calling first to see who will be working Front Desk when I check in.

When I arrived there with my nine year old, I turned down her bed first. To my total disgust I realized that the sheets where never changed from the last person that was there (little black hairs all over the sheet!) My bed was also not changed! When I went to the front desk, the man working there was very apologetic..he looked at the sheets then handed me another set...which I changed myself! I took the pillow case off of my bed and the pillow was filthy! (with someones long black hair under the pillow case! This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke..made worse when the air conditioner went on.. My sister in laws room across the hall was no better..her 7 year old got bit by something in the bed..and her towels in the bathroom were dirty !!!!

Everyone that works behing the counter doesnot have a clue of what's going on. The manager is never there. They gave away my reservation and I had to sleep in my car at a rest stop, then told me that I would not be refunded. Worst experience I have ever had with a Motel. While out of town the last thing you want to do is second guess if you reservations are still going to be honored.

No Microwave and Refrigirator as advertised in the room. When we asked and requested, we get lousy response from the front desk. Very bad attitude!! : (
