Theoxenia Palace, Kifisia

I travel extensively for business and have never had such a small room in a five star hotel. Also the bed and mattress were old and worn, the carpets and furniture was stained and dirty, and worst of all the don't even let you control the temperature in your room. The Hotel sets the temperature for all rooms and your choice is on or off. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything in the rooms next to you or people in the hall. Several local bars have live music on the weekends that don't stop until about 5am. If you want a clean, comfortable rooom that you can rest in, avoid this hotel.

An unbeatable location, friedly staff and an in-room ethernet connection were offset by the threadbare carpets, no counter-space in the bathroom, an inadequate shower and no way to secure the room door from the inside. A better tourist than business hotel.
