The hotel offers a wide choice of business and leisure facilities, including 410 rooms and suites, four restaurants, two bars, 24-hour room service, a Business Centre, a car park, a large shopping arcade, a heated indoor saltwater swimming pool and a fitness club. It also offers the largest in-house conference/congress and exhibition facilities in Switzerland, with 13 meeting rooms, a modern multi-purpose auditorium seating up 1,600 people, and three levels of exhibition space (5,000 square metres), all linked to the hotel.

Wast of money...

I just feel that i put my money in a river. he he he, i was stupid. I am sorry. Its a good hotel but with extremely bad service.

WORST SERVICE FOR A GOOD HOTEL

It was staying like in a nice military camp not a hotel. You just go,eat, sleep & come...do not ever expect anyone would be flexible to move little forward. No room request to be made...u might get a room that wasnt even the one which u actually asked for....I was booked by a travel agency, i actually wants to give good rating for the look & location of the hotel but the staff made my stay terrible. They were just repeatedly concern about the money tht we pay but not the service and moreover RUDE...i never saw someone could be as RUDE as this in hotels even when i reported a incident to the supervisor level, he was more rude than their staff. I called hotel when i wanted a direction but i was put in hold for more than 15 mintz each time i called and thats the same case with other simple requests. Definately i wouldnt recommend a hotel as this for a pleasant vacation but if you wants to spend sometime in a military like camp thn u can just know the taste. Beware about the guards(Staffs)

On my last visit the room I had reserved wasn't free & the the lady receptionist graciously offer an upgrade, which was splendid. It was greatly appreciated and will certainly induce me to come to Kempinky again & again. Most sincerely, Alexander Rotenberg, CLU

it's service is really excellent. it is seen that big hotels are not maintained but it is not so in this case. it is very clean and hygenic its location is also at a very peaceful spot in short it is such a place that everybody would want to go again and again

Beautifulview of the waterspout

I guess that the continental breakfast we had here was the best one that I have ever sampled,bar none. The view was spectacular and we feed the ducks on the lake everymorning in front of our hotel.

THE VIEW IS WORTH THE PRICE!!

Stayed her for a few days last June with my father & I enjoyed it! This was a good chance to relax from my 3 kids at home. I had a lake facing room on the highest floor (right below the "Casino" sign). Ordered room service twice and it was good! Ice cream sundae was FABULOUS! Ordered a pay per view movie one night I could not sleep & it was in English perfectly. Had dinner in their restaurant and it was very tasty and service was great. Their version of chicken nuggets and french fries in Geneva is more healthy then the US way. The concierge was helpful to direct us to a lake boat cruise dock and directions to take a walk to the UN Building. Luggage was brought up fast and check-in was a breeze. The prices do get expensive, but worth the location. $40 US dollars per way from/to the airport & we walked the rest of the time. Great view of the Fountain from my balcony. And the hotel had a fruit plate and chocolates in my room waiting upon check in! A+ experience and totally recommended. I think we paid around $400 per room a night & had 2 rooms for 2 nights.
