One of the worst
We stayed there for two nights, the night before our long trip and the last night when we finished the long trip. The travel agency booked this motel for us. I would not have chosen it.
The room is very small. Between a queen size bed and the TV stand, there is little room left to call it a isle and haul the bags to the other side of the bed.
One of the front desk clerks was incompotent. She is the one whose front right side of her hair was colored purple. Both nights when we checked in, it took her extremely long time to finish the process. Her mind must be somewhere else. She stopped from time to time seemingly thinking about something else.
I used the spa on the first night. Not only I had to ask for a pool towel, I waited at least 5 minutes while one of the clerks went to a storage room to get it. Worse yet, my knee was scraped by a sharp tile edge in the spa. The wound was 3/4 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. (I took a photo.) Front desk gave me a bandage when I showed them the cut.
The restaurant was bad too. Chicken wings were the size of a thumb and were very dry and hard to chew. I suspect the wings were cooked and recooked several times.
I asked for a cab for 9:30 pm. When I waited in the lobby and did not see a cab at 9:38 pm, I asked the front desk what was going on. The clerk said that I had asked for 9:40pm. Then I saw her pick up the phone and called someone. Finally the cab came at 9:53pm, making it impossible to catch the 9:55pm movie at Player 6.
Elevator floor was constantly wet in the evenings because the swimmers were dripping as they cane into the elevator. There was no pool towel to dry oneself with.
