Page Terrace Motel (The), Treasure Island

Well I didn't actually stay there, we stayed not far away at the Bayside Marina and Inn, which was very nice, but we did meet our friends there who were guests and were treated horribly. I was shocked and can only guess that anyone under the age of 60 is looked at as a problem. I'm 40 and conservative but as soon as my wife and I walked in we were approached and told "public beach access is down the road!" After that it just got worse. Not a friendly atmosphere at all.

The hotel is family owned and run. They are freindly, have good commadations, excellent service, clean, great ocean front view. And you meet people who have come back year after year. I'd surely refer this place to everyone.

Stayed at Page for a week in mid May with 5 other couples. The weather was gorgeous, motel was the cleanest place I've ever stayed, staff and owners were extremely nice. Location is great to walk to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store is across the street. Beach is wide and clean. Already made reservations for next year.

Went on a girls' weekend trip with some friends - the Page Terrace was a good choice. We stumbled upon it on the internet... good price, good location, good reviews. When we got there, the staff was very helpful (we're a little hopeless at navigation), and the rooms were nice. New bathrooms were a huge plus (one of my pet-peeves!). Overall it was a great experience. We're hoping to make this an annual event! (I would also recommend Beverly's - a cute breakfast place in St. Pete Beach. Don't remember exactly where we found it, but we loved it!)

I stayed for a couple of nights after Thanksgiving to get away from the chill of Northern California in the Fall. What a treat! First of all, I was impressed by the amount of recent upgrading they've done to the facilities- everything seemed clean and functional. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. I slept very well and was pleased to wake up to a view of the Gulf! The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance from plenty of restaurants and stores, but most of all because it's right on the beach. The price was awesome, too. I will plan on coming back as often as I can get to Florida!

I wanted to get away with my husband for a weekend, and the Page Terrace was the perfect little spot! The view was breath-taking, we were right on the beach, and the service was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be back again next year. P.S. The Frog Pond is one of the best breakfast places in the area!

We stayed here in 2008 and absalutley loved it.. It is a beautiful beach area without all the crouds of people. Very peacful and a good place for young children.. Shops with in walking distance and many other beaches to visit, but this is our favorite beach area. The rooms were satisfying and supplied everything we need .. Just bring food to cook or grill.....

Since they don't have the convenience of making reservations online I filled out and sent in a reservation request form. After waiting almost a week with no response I called their 800 number to make my reservations. The lady who answered was hard to understand and when I gave her the dates of my anticipated stay she said in her best English "We are booked for those dates, goodbye." and then hung up on me. Maybe my beliefs in common courtesy are over rated but I found this to be very rude along with not receiving a response to my original request. I will never consider staying here in the future.

Nice sized rooms, a little outdated but very clean Located on beach but quite a walk to shore edge. Sloppy Joe's and many eateries, shopping, pharmacy and not too far from John's Pass Village, an excellent place to spend the day. This is a motel geared more towards senior citizens. Decent pool and lounging area. Enjoyed but would not bring kids or teens here.

Its all about the people. They are the greatest. I have never wanted to leave after staying for five weeks and can not wait to go back this year. I look forward to visiting.
