Governor's Inn & Suites, Altamont

Don't waste your money on this wasteland they call a motel. It's covered in tacky shag carpeting ON THE WALLS. Water damage on the ceiling, water damage and what looks to be mold infested parts of the wall. The bathroom door doesn't close. Parts of the bathroom wall were falling apart. The hot tub has parts of it broken off, and rusted. The room smelled like a foot and the room temp was 90 degrees no matter what you did. Open a window, turn the heat off, nothing seemed to matter. The TV channels change on their own. Needless to say, we didn't stay. We put in a complaint at the front desk and left. To those of you wondering why I would rent such a place, I didn't. it was a gift for our anniversary that went terribly wrong.
