Incompetent and Terrible Customer Service
After staying at this Motel 6 location more than 10 times in the past, I made a reservation online and got a phone call cancelling it so when I called back I asked for a manager for 5 days and left my # repeatedly. They never called as promised, so when I called and informed them I was calling corporate magically she called me within 3 minutes. They said I was on the banned list for something in march 2005 and this is dec 2006 and I have stayed there 10 times since then with no issues. They had no idea why I was on the banned list, but said "we dont know why you're there, but you still can't stay here." This was the Manager. Corporate couldn't answer why either....hmmm seems odd no one know why i am banned, but they sure took my money 10 times after that date! Maybe they nmade a mistake? If you did, ok no problem....they happen, but FIX it and don't act stupid and incompetent! I assure you that nothing was ever done to any room I have stayed in EVER. Making a mistake is one thing, but not fixing it for no reason is worse. This location is in DIRE NEED of new management with an actual clue what is going on at their motel!
