DO NOT MOVE INTO THE RESIDENCE CLUB!!!! it is theee worst place i have ever lived in my entire life and a complete rip off. the "manager" Jennifer seems nice upfront and then she disappears after you pay her rent, and sign the lease form. The location is what really stood out about the place, and we were in a hurry to find a place, but the service is terrible, the entire complex is filthy there is supposed to be a lady who cleans once a week, and we haven't seen her once since we moved in a month ago. We have run out of toilet paper, seat covers, the shower is repulsive we wear sandals in there because it has literally never been cleaned, the hot and cold water doesnt work you will be standing in the shower and it will burn you one second and then freeze you the next. I Strongly DO NOT recommend this place it is way too expensive and there are plenty of other options in the city for a MUCH better value!! We are currently trying to find a new place as we speak.

The property manager in charge at the time I moved in promissed me I would get a refund of my security deposit at the end of my stay. He was not very organized and lost the check for one of my rent payments. He was replaced near the end of my stay with a new manger .The new manager lied and told me I would receive my security deposit back in a couple of weeks after move out date. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! I tried several times to contact the shady manager but she would not return my calls. This place is OK not great, the location is great but the managers assigned to this property were less than professional.
