Sheets were threadbare and had holes. Towels also threadbare. Mattresses very uncomfortable couldn't use the bunk beds didn't look safe and bottom bunk felt like cardboard and rocks. Pillows like pancakes. No phone in room. Locks didn't work from outside. One window pane broken. Food good and Hosts very, very nice.

Always a Great Experience

Our second stay at this comfortable rustic Inn. Rich and his staff are very axccomadating and the food is great ! We'll definately be going back.

Old-style cabins

No telephones in rooms, and pay phone was out of order; no battery in smoke detector; separate heating unit in toilet/shower room was inoperable. In fariness we did not complain about these things because we came in late, skied all day, and went for dinner, so spent little time in room. Very convenient to Gore (virtually next door). 2-night, mid-week stay was passable, barely. It was inexpensive, and the host was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall I would not return for another visit.
