My Husband and I have enjoyed the Casa Blanca every year for our Anniversary. We have had the same room for the past 5 years, we love the in house dinning (food is great!), the rooms are clean and very private the view from our room is beautiful, the service is the same year after year AWSOME!

Im spreading the word! Casa Blanca is my new vacation home!
By Cynthia Rose, 12/21/06
The view, the ambiance, the on-location Restaurant these are all cherry on top to my stay at Casa Blanca Inn. Staying here we almost forgot why we came here in the first place...to come check out University for our daughter. There was so much to do in walking distance, impeccable ocean views, welcoming staff, and elegant food. Our room had two queen size beds, fireplace, Jacuzzi in bathroom and affordable rate I was shocked but now a regular guest. I highly recommend for anyone of any type to stay they have such a variety.

DONT EVER STAY HERE!!!
By Stephanie, 10/15/06
the room was horrible!!!! it was overpriced $165!!! i would have paid maybe $100. the ocean view was a a partial ocean view, with a view of the next door junk yard. There were some ghetto teenagers hanging in the parking lot, and it was visible all the doors had been kicked in. The also made me pay for 2 nights up front... bye bye $330!!! its a rip. i wont ever stay there or suggest someone to stay there agian! The room was also filthy, and there were bugs. Best of all our king size bed was 2 twins pushed together..

WOW
By Angelina, 10/7/05
The hotel room (which was the "cheaper" one) was absolutely amazing. It really made me wonder what the more expensive ones were like. It was HUGE!!! The bedroom had a king size bed and a twin bed and was bigger than my son's bedroom at home! It had a living room complete with couch and tv and a kitchen with stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster etc. I was amazed- this place was like a one bedroom apartment! The room was right on the street so when you open the door, you just walk across the street and you are on the beach. The wharf is only about 2 blocks away. I will definitely stay there again. (in the cheap room too!!! I recommend "6A"!!!)

Location, Views, Dining! Casa Blanca has it all.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/6/04
Casa Blanca is the only place I would stay in Santa Cruz. Its location to the beach, wharf, boardwalk, and Cliffs make the Inn a perfect place to explore Santa Cruz from. They have a wide range of room sizes, styles and prices. I have stayed several times in many of the rooms, the 'old house' section is my favorite.Over the years I have seen the staff make many improvements and find them helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view of the water and the food is outstanding.

Where's the customer service?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/17/04
So, my boss stayed there for a few nights and checked out not realizing she left her Sony laptop power cord. She finally realized it when she got back to Berkeley. She called Casa Blanca Inn to see if they found it when cleaning up and they surely did. However, there was no customer service as far as sending it back to the rightful owner, and it didn't make sense to make another 3 hour drive to pick it up. We scheduled UPS to come out there to pick it up but, they did not want to even put it in an manilla envelope until after we begged and pleaded over the phone!! To make a long story short, they finally put it into an envelope for UPS to pick up and their refusal to do it in the first place was completely unecessary.
