Dont stay here
By ,
My daughter and I were going to stay here till we walked in to the place..The room had a awful smell, (found out it was mouse urine) the bulb in the lamp was hanging out and the nice spa they talked about on there website was dirty and you had to climb up to in to get in..It was a joke..she did give us our money back, less the $40 cancellation fee..the parking inst great and you have to back out into the street to get out..The breakfast was bought from safeway and in packs sitting in the kitchen...WE STAYED AT ABOVE THE CLOUDS in Kenwood...what a delight that was..Betty and Claude were wonderful

Do not recommend
By ,
The place was not clean, the breakfast was reheated pastries from costco or safeway. The wireless internet did not work, when I tried to find someone to talk about it with on Sunday morning they were conveniently not there but did not have a problem interrupting our nap the day before to run our credit card. The directions to the place were wrong on their site and they never even apologized, said they were tired and why were we calling. i believe the owner has good intentions but does not have the energy to run a place of this age. It smelled and was overpriced. All the locals said it had a bad reputation and now we know why. It was not a horrible place but had no customer service

Romantic & Relaxing
By ,
This place took me back in time - we felt like we were away from it all and yet we were within very close proximity to great restaurants (La Salette was highly recommended and we give it a thumbs up!), shopping and the Art Festival. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Experience
By ,
My husband and I spent two wonderful nights at the inn. We stayed in the Woodcutter's Cottage which had a fireplace and a private patio. The beds were very confortable and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They had information about where to dine and all the local wineries available for us. The breakfast was served to us in the dining room at 9 o'clock as we asked. They are located close enought to walk to the plaza, but far enough so that you don't hear all the noise. In the evening we found cookies, tea and other treats left out for us. Overall we enjoyed our trip very much and can't wait to return next summer to use the pool and hot tub.

Great Location, Perfect Respite...
By ,
We had a great time - nice breakfast and close to the Plaza. Used the Massage/Food package, and we weren't disappointed! Recommend the hot tub and the Woodcutter's Cottage.
