will never go there again

Had to cancel a reservation do to a problem. Got charged a cancelation fee which we were not told about when booking the room. When discussing this problem with the hotel, and first asking for our money back, they got rude with us threatening us that they were going to call the police and press harassment charges against us. So I hung up and called the credit card comany and disputed it. I was raised a baptist christian, and I believe that you should treat others how you want to be treated. I hope people find this very helpful.

A most pleasant experience!

The rooms were very large, extremely clean and comfortable, with a deck out back, BBQ and park like settings. The staff is very friendly. The lobby area was smoke free, has large aquariums and a pond! While being close to restaurants and local activities, it's a quiet place to get a good rest! Going back again this week! Well worth the money!

Outstanding and unique

Unlike cookie-cutter franchise operations, the Arrowhead is both very nice and very unique. One review says "No carpet" Well, duh. The rooms have tile, granite or slate floors. Unlike carpet, these floors can actually be cleaned. The Arrowhead is a cool place, the staff is helpful. Excellent!

Loved It

My grson & I stayed here in May, 2006 and I stayed here again with 3 other people in July, 2006. Very clean. Very friendly people working here. We plan to return in 2007 from Colorado. They know the area.

we love this place! found it at arrowheadia.com They even have highspeed wireless internet, flat screen tv's in rooms dvd players and you can check out some 200 movies from the lobby. And the lobby is so cool they have 2 300gal fish tanks. 2 big screen telivisions with dish net.work. we wii be back

VERY CLEAN , have never seen such a nice clean motel, love those huge bath towels, it's not like the starched up little towels you get in the motel's. these are huge, and the rates are'nt sky high, it makes it affordable for a family to come and enjoy a weekend, see the sights, go places, and still be able to afford the motel.. we are planning on coming back, this winter, to get rid of the winter blah's. . friendly staff too! and the popcorn they give you is nice so you can enjoy that in your room!!!!!!!!!!! hope they keep up the good work !!!!!!!!!!!

Check it out on line at Arrowheadia.com. This well maintained lodging facility offers many extra services including Free high speed wireless internet, Fax machine, color copier, direct dile-in-room telephone service, Microwaves & refrigerators in all rooms. Suites and Jr. Suites available, Barbaque grills, picnic tables, and patio, Some rooms have private decks. Suites offer living room, Kitchen, and dinning areas and separate one, two and three bedrooms. Out of this world, This facility is more like a time shair with many extras, at modist room rates.
