Incredible staff member

I don't usually write reviews, but this experiece was worth mentioning. I had to take my dog to the University Vet. Hospital for an operation that my local vet just could not provide. After dropping her off, we went to this hotel (on the recommendation of the hospital). We arrived very late (a little before midnight) on a Monday evening and we were greeted by a yound lady. I believe her name was Miranda. She was all smiles! And when I mentioned to her why we were in town, she asked about our dog's condition. I never got the feeling that she was asking just to be polite. Her interest and concern for our dog's well being seemed sincere, which was very touching. After check in, I thanked her for her concern and we went to the room. The room was quite lovely! Spacious, yet cozy and very clean. Perfect place to rest your head after a weary day. The TV system, however, was a little confusing. I called the front desk and the same lady answered the phone. She was very helpful and after a few instructions from her, I had the TV up and running in a matter of seconds. The next morning, we went down to breakfast (which by far exceeded our expectations. Very good variety) and the same lady was still working. She greeted us pleasantly and once again inquired about our dog (whether or not we had heard anything). Again, I was very touched at her concern. I, sadly, didn't get a chance to interact with any of the other staff memebers, but if they're anything like Miranda (?), then this hotel is worth EVERY penny and so much more! I have never had a more wonderful hotel experiece as I did here.
And please tell Miranda, that the operation went well and our dog is home safe and sound.
