Will not stay there again!
Being charged twice! First we reserved a 2 night stay on yahoo travel with travelocity and was charged for the 2 nights. On the 2nd day we went to the desk and added a 3rd night. Then we checked out and went our merrily way home. Only the next day when checking our bank account online did we notice that during checking out the hotel itself charged us for the whole 3 night stay. It has been 8 days now and our money still hasn't been returned. I spoke with HoJo's and a lady was suppose to call me back reguarding the matter 7 days ago and still hasn't called. Travelocity has told us they can handle it, but is taking forever. I just don't like being lied to. And just for people to know, this HoJo is personally owned by a local so they are not connected financially to the HoJo Hotels Nationwide! We already called them too. They told us to give the local hotel til June 3rd to make it right, then if they don't, They will handle it. Just beware of what you are being charged and at by whom and when! We have been making hotel, airline, and car rental reservations online like this for years and this is the first time we have ever had this problem. Who's mistake is it? I don't know and I don't care. I just want my money back! Now they have both lost a customer in us! If this isn't handled soon, I may be calling some higher offices. Better Business maybe.
