Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great accommodations, spacious, secluded setting with nice hiking/skiing trails. Nice, comfortable guest lounge. Having a single-car garage for each unit is great, and having fresh firewood available for the "real thing" fireplace is extra special. We've stayed here twice and don't have anything negative to say about the resort. Sure, the absence of an on-site eating place is a deficiency, but plenty of other places to eat are within a half-hour's drive. We're nature-lovers and we found plenty of things to do--great x-country skiing in winter (fine grooming at The Rushes on their trails) and woods walking in other times.
The upstairs master bedroom is luxurious, including a really big hot tub. The main floor of each unit is spacious and the cathedral ceiling rock fireplace is really special. Views to the outdoors, whether into the woods or out onto Kangaroo Lake give you the feeling of being outdoors all the time. The furnishing are extra nice also, and the units are fully equipped.
