Motel 6, Tulsa

I like the easy on, easy off of this location. I have stayed here on a regular basis when coming to Tulsa. It's about a 50/50 chance of getting someone decent to wait on you. It isnt unusal to find hair on the clean linen or on the towels. Some of the rooms are used as told to me by the front desk clerk, by some of the staff, who hide out during the day. Double check the restroom and bed before agreeing to a room. Motel has fallen on hardtimes the last few years and is serious need of updating. The are around the pool is the dog restroom, and is not marked as such. It is terrible to see kids playing in this filthy area. The manager is on the lower floor behind the office, why is this important? Usually @ 2 am she lets her yapping dogs out to use the restroom, and leaves them yapping for some time before returning them to her room. Billed as a non smoking Motel 6, it isnt. Staying on the second floor to get away from the smoke, only makes it worse. the smoke travels thru the chase and exits thru the vent in the bathroom. Best that could happen here is a bulldozer. Time for Motel 6 Corporate to get involved with this one. Local hangout for off the highway druggies & prostitutes as well. AVOID

The rooms were filthy, they had not been cleaned. Terrible smell in the rooms, had to purchase our own freshner in order to breath in the rooms. Had to sleep on top of the covers, as the beds were filthy as well. Pets 'messes' all around the place. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Brought our concerns and complaints to the managements attention - they only thing they said was that they ran our of cleaner. Called the hotel and did not get any satisfaction on our complaints. Write Motel 6 and the only thing we got from them was a form letter. Do not stay at this location, it is horrible. It is worth it to pay a few dollars more and stay at a better hotel. Aviod this hotel at all costs.

this is the first time i ever had a bad experience staying in a motel 6. carpet was dirty like fresh mud and leaves,bathroom had dead bugs and dog food behind door floor had not been sweep or mopped.tub,toilet and sink were clean. mostly mad at myself for staying and not bringing this to the managers attention. hope they start inspecting their rooms!

Needs to be more updated in the rooms more newer line of leanes and drapes more sugar free items for people who have insulin dependents in machines and breasfast items. Offer a animal feeder to guest with a pet this makes me want to stay even more at Motel 6...Cause we never go anywhere without our service dog.
