I had stayed at ur Comfort Inn, Lundy lane on the 5th of August, 2007.We were travelling in a group of eight and had booked four rooms in the courtyard. While checking in Can $ 170.55 per room, i.e Can $ 682.20 was blocked on my credit card on the pretext that if we make cash payments next day while checking out, this blocked amount will be released and not billed to me. Next day as advised all the members of the group made cash payments for the four rooms and i was told that the amount blocked on my card is released. But as is known from my Bank the amount (Can $682.20)stays blocked and has not been released by the merchandiser (Comfort Inn). So i advise other visitors to be very careful if at all they happen to visit this hotel.This was probably the worst experience we had in Canada.

Horrible experience

Oh man..I went there and paid $180 for a night my story stars...I got a room in a basement like "pool-side" rooms. There was no catlaog or some travel guide in my room.As promised, I tried to start internet and it did not work. As we arrived late, we woke up late...sorry, you can't wake up late in this hotel...we had only 5 minutes before we could get to cafeteria and eat their so called free breakfast. There was a line of 20 perople near breakfast area...We had to wait and finally, what we got was a juice,coffey and some bread....!! And yes....there was some cereal too...but we can't have whole milk..!! I kept on telling my family.....there will be at least one thing good in this hotel...Guess what...it was a location...so close to Inclined railway. However, I would prefer to spend on a cab instead of giving $180 to this idiots...!!! Never ever go to this hotel...!!!
