A comfortable, family run 2 -star hotel
By ,
We had 3 rooms for 4 days. Carpets in our rooms were new, yet simple. Our bathrooms sparkled, fresh towels every day, and moisturing soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers provided. The interior design is simple and clean with a TV and telephone in each room. Our breakfasts at the hotel started our day off great. Each one of us had a croissant with a half baguette, cheese, yogurt, fruit, orange juice and of course our choice of hot beverage. The first day we all had breakfast delivered to our rooms. The following days we had it in the breakfast room, a typical Paris "cave" but bright and sparkling clean. The common area has a TV and a computer with internet access. A nice place for us to gather for a short while to talk to other residents or discuss the day ahead or what we did that day.The best for us were the lovely couple who own the hotel, the people who work there and the location. Bon Marche, St. Germain and the Latin Quarter are close by as well as the metro. If you are looking for a hotel reminiscent of "Provence" this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-run, clean hotel in Paris well situated in the St. Germain area, this is a great choice. My stars reflect a rating for a 2 star hotel.

Never again
By ,
Wouldnt even give this "Hotel" a rating. Stayed for two night. Carpets very dirty and the whole place needs a revamp. But the best was the breakfast down in a dingy basement beside a toilet .on the first morning asked for another croissant was told I couldnt have one unless I paid for it, but the best of all was the second morning arrived down for breakfast at 9.40 breakfast finished at ten they started sweeping around us and taking everything off the table exactly at ten when we were still eating and then they looked at the clock and told us breakfast was over we had to go they were the rudest staff I have come across in a long time. I have never experiences anything like it before. Would only recommend this hotel to people I dont like. Totally over priced for what you got.

Fine little hotel
By ,
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a week in early February 2008. It's a great little hotel - just slightly austere but quite clean, with private bathroms, and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is also superb, for walking, for the metro connections, and for the Grand Epicerie food store at the Bon Marche about 1/2 block away. No second thoughts about this hotel - it's good.

I was at Lindbergh's from August 6th till 10th with my boyfriend and we get the room 42 at fouth floor. Everybody told me that in Paris almost all hotel's room are small but I found Lindbergh' room proper to our needs the room was very nice, peaceful and clean. Close to the METRO and bus station. The staff was so pleasant. I liked Lindbergh very much and hope to get there very soon again!!!

Great value in the heart of the Left Bank
By ,
This hotel provides excellent value for the money. The rooms are large with high ceilings and big windows opening into a courtyard. The result is a quiet, restful sleep. The decor is pleasant and functional, but not imaginative. I don't remember the public areas as being especially inviting. We walked out every evening to all kinds of restaurants in various price ranges. The Bonne Marche department store is just down the street. The shopping is spectacular in the area, with lots of little boutiques and designer shops a la left bank. A small cafe at the end of the street and across the road provided excellent French coffee. Make sure you make reservations at the restaurant on the same street (Le Cicada?). They serve souffles as main courses and for dessert - very French and absolutely delicious. Enjoy!
