Rooms not so like five star, dirty in places, heater did not work, gave us smoking room for kids and then sold the room to someone else without refunding us any when we slept four in one room. Food was excellent and kitchen was very clean

They tried to convince us to taking a smoking room w/2 kids. Not Hot water. Manager told me he will give me a bucket. Made us take a horrible mandatory xmas eve dinner where the food was not vegetarian friendly! Very dissapointed..

I have stayed with this hotel as part of group, found lovely rooms with comfortable Bed and lot of choice of Food, staff of this hotel is very nice and polite specially the way of Greetings "Namaskar" I still remember that

Recently I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 3 year old Kid , it is a good hotel with friendly staff all the person special at reception all are weraring the ornaments of courtesy, we will highly recomended this hotel to our friend, who will visit India

Me and my husband went to jaipur for our honeymoon. We stayed in country inn and suites for 5 nights. I think it is very clean and nice otel. I loved the complimentary breakfast, it was just so good. Definetly, if we ever plan on going to jaipur again, we will for sure stay in Country inn and suites. Worth spending money on it.

hotel customers come last nightclub music disturbe guests till 3 am on weekends no one to hear your complaints managers unresponsive to guests the rooms are fair but the spa is a ripoff also swimming pool is a joke it is 3ft deep on one end and 4ft on the other

we tried to book this hotel online but there was no rooms left. So we booked a diferent hotel to stay the night at but went to this hotel for the facilities. The manager was happy to show us around the hotel and was really friendly all the staff were also very friendly and were happy to answer our questions. The hotel was really impressive, clean and tidy and was very welcoming. there were about three different kinds of restaraunts with different types of food,there was also a buffet with a karoke bar which was great entertainment. we went to the indian restaraunt.I was really pleased with the attitude of the staff there. They served us with the best food i had ever had in india they gave us one dish at a time which were really delicious. TOP CHEFS .The outdoor swimming pool which was located on the top of the hotel was great. It was really clean and had a safety guard there too. They also served you with cold beverages. Very charming. The hotel overall was excellent if i ever visited jaipur again i would defo book that long before just to make sure i have my room sorted. The price is also really good value.!!!! sinetta .. uk ..

In the month of Jan07 me and my wife went to jaipur and stayed in this hotle no dought the hotel is good but the travel desk of this hotel is so good especially (mahendra)If any one go to jaipur contact him for booking your hotel and car

It is an excellant place to stay ,the staff is courteous &well trained ,they serve good tasty food and it is in the heart of the city ery well located address. Keep it up

Our family stayed in Country Inn and Suites for 5 days in Dec. 2005, and have been greatly impressed by this hotel. During the trip our 1 yr old daughter fell sick, but the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful in getting us the right medical help for her promptly. We didnt feel any of the inconveniences of being in a foerign land. Couldnt have gotten better service elsewhere. The hotel is quite hip, rooms are spacious, staff is highly professional, great shopping arcade in the same building, a great place for families on vacation.
