Featuring an oceanfront outdoor pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, spacious indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna, there is something for everyone at Royal Garden Resort. Every condominium is oceanfront with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and wide, beautiful beach. Guests will also enjoy a snack bar and grill and ice cream shop. Additional amenities include a game room, gift shop, sunbathing deck and laundry facilities. Royal Garden Resort is approximately 14 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach. Garden City Pier is a half-mile away and Wild Water and Wheels is two miles away. Please note guests must be 25 years of age to check in. Please note that there is an administrative/cleaning fee of USD 75.00 collected at check-in. Fishing, surfing, boating or taking long and romantic strolls through the white sands of Myrtle Beach are just a handful of activities you and your family will enjoy in and around the Garden City Beach area. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and Murrel's Inlet, there is something for everyone.

Old and dirty!!!!

There's nothing royal or resort like at this place to stay. We've been coming to this area for 30 years and using Dunes Realty, but this year is a huge disappointment. Rm 303 @ RGR was dirty and hasn't been updated for at least 25 years. The carpets and rugs looked as though they were in a barnyard. Filthy!!!! The bedspreads were just as bad. The laundry closet was full of dirt and lent. Ceiling tile in BR was missing. And to be a non-smoking room, well, it was smoking. The indoor pool looked as though it belonged in an asylum. First and last time for RGR! Highly disappointed in Dunes for having this as their property.

Fantastic !!!

We were fortunate to rent from an owner who takes pride in his property. Everything is clean and very neat in this unit. As for the building, all elevators work, the staff is very helpful, and the parking is good The pools are clean, and well maintained.Outside painting is being done on the entire structure and it looks very clean. I would certainly recommend RGR and especially this unit to others.

I love Royal Gardens

Royal Gardens has been my family vacationing spot since I was just a little girl myself! The area is very safe and pleasant! This vacationing spot will bring you many memories for not only yourself but your entire family as well! The bedrooms are nice & relaxing. The dining area is just right. The balcony looking out onto the ocean is amazing! The indoor pool area is just right, VERY clean, with a steam room & hot tub, along with a baby pool on the upper deck! The outside pool area is clean & the ocean breeze is just an amazing feeling! The outside snack shop always has nice and friendly employees always willing to give you a helping hand! The beach area is amazing...even at high & low tides! Their are always frozen lemonade stands being pushed along the beach for your easy refreshments, you can also rent unbrella's for some shade! The beach is amazing...Everything is amazing! Your children will want to stay FOREVER! Its a great walking distance from the pier, shopping areas, local grocery store, many different adventure golf places, flea markets etc...you will find your dream vacation at ROYAL GARDENS! We go there just about every year!

IT IS THE BEST!

We come down to Myrtle Beach every four months and always stay at Royal Gardens. I feel like I'm at home here. The bldg., garages, hallways, outdoor areas are always in good shape and clean. You can tell that they are always cleaning or fixing up something. I would highly recommend Royal Garden Resort...I wish I can afford to own one of these condos.

the worst place on earth-smelly,dirty

royal garden resort room 510 I walked in and the smell as something I never smelled before!!! I was enough to kill someone....the carpet was so dirty it looked as if dogs lived in it. The bathrooms were so small, we didnt even notice them. I think DUNES should remove this from one of he places to stay!! We went back to the rental office and we were able to change to surfwatch I...MUCH BETTER! we were moved to unit 203, great view,,lots of room

We're Going Back.

When we first arrived, I was a little disappointed by the appearance of the outside of the building. The building itself, as well as common areas such as the lobby, elevators, garage, etc., are definitely showing some age. But the inside of our condo was wonderful. It was very well kept, had plenty of room, and lots of extras. And the view was spectacular. This is a very nice stretch of beach...I spent much of my time on the balcony, enjoying an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Only the best!

Royal Gardens was such an enjoyable place to stay. ALL of the staff were amazing and treated myself and my family as if they had known us forever. And all of the aminities were above and beyond what we ever could have asked for. My family and I have been coming back to Garden City for years and Royal Gardens is the only place we will stay!

Just Simply Fantastic

We had a large (20+) group that went with us and from everyone I talked to they agree with what I am saying here. The rooms were in great condition. The staff could not have been more friendly or understanding. Great people, great location, and great value. I would hesitate to stay there again or tell anyone I know to stay there. Nothing really more can be said.

Everything was GREAT . The service was excellent . Every part of the place was clean . They accomadated to us having small children . Also gave us great places to take ou children. Everyone was very helpful and freindly and we will be coming back for years of come and we will be recommending it to our freinds and family.

WE loved everthing. everyone was so friendly and helpful. And our room was very comfortable adn clean.verything was GREAT . The service was excellent . Every part of the place was clean . never again

we booked because of the laundry on site and adult and childrens pools--there are rooms with laundry signs but empty.there were babies in diapers in all pools so you didnt want to use them.the second bedroom was child size adults could not fit in the shower.we were on floor twelve and when you get off the elevator the carpet is nasty and the mildew will knock your head off.its in very bad condition .the employees on 2nd floor were very rude because we did not book thru them.would not help us at all.called dunes no help there said they didnt knowbut they booked it.was not what they said for 800.00 dollars.we expected better
