Cant Wait To Go Back !!!

The hotel was awesome. It was close to Disney. and right off I-4. Didn't have to drive around looking for good places to eat. The room was clean and perfect. We had a late check in, cause we went to the parks all day. The kind male behind the counter was very nice and helpful. i will tell all my friends to stay here !!! Cant wait to visit again.

Don't stay here had personal belongs stole from us

Will never stay here again. We left a huge coffee thermos in our room when we went to Disney for the day and when we arrived back it was late so we went straight to bed not realizing the thermos was missing. We got up the next day doubled checked the room to make sure we had everything and then checked out. We didn't notice it was missing until we got home and was unpacking. We called the hotel to see if they had it and at first they didn't know what we were talking about they said they would have to give us a call back. Well the next day they called back and said that they had found it in the room after we had left which was a lie because we checked and double checked to make sure we had everything. Then they said they would send it back to us and charge our credit card for shipping. How messed up is that they take your stuff and then want you to pay them to send it back to you. Sorry we ever stayed here lesson learned.

The staff, the cleanliness, fun experience, convenient location to all parks, and the highways. Definitely worth the time and money spent, stayed for 5 days,, would definitely be going back and would recommend to all friends

We Cant Wait to Go Back

I have stayed at the Southgate Inn regularly and would like to say that the staff and the cleanliness of the place was very impressive, the housekeeping staff was very helpful at all times. The front desk staff and the young lady that worked over night was the most polite staff I have met in a very long time and I have stayed in many hotels in many states. I would recommend South gate Inn for families, the pool was clean, the parking lot was clean and even the garbage was picked up everyday. I didn't like the fact that breakfast ended at 9.30 a.m., some days I liked to sleep in.

Best Western Maingate South -FL is a great place to stay

Convenient to Disney World, yet quiet. Lots of nice shopping / eating nearby, on Hwy 27. Good price. Staff is always kind & helpful. Clean, comfy rooms.
