Knights Inn Maingate Kissimmee/Orlando, Kissimmee

Worst hotel I've been in my life. I understand this is a cheap hotel, I wasn't expecting much but it was ridiculous, horrible service and when I tried to complain the girl at the front desk was very rude. First of all I got there on Thursday 02/24/11 and I ask for a crib for my baby and after waiting for hours for a response (and calling back to ask many times) they told me they didn't have any, I tried to talk to the girl on the front desk to see what other option they had, If there was anything she could do to help me and she just said NO, she didn't even tried to help me. We also had to go to the front desk to change our TV remote control a couple of times because they didn't work, and we were having trouble with our sink, it was clogged and we told them. The next morning I ask again to see if they had a crib available and if they did to please put it in my room, we also reminded them that our sink was clogged and we left our room with the "Please Clean Our Room" sign on the door. We went to Disney and when we came back they didn't even clean our room, the sink was still clogged (it was disgusting) and of course there was no crib. We told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do because the workers have already left, can you believe that? We were so tired at that point that we went to sleep and left the next morning. I took some pictures of the disaster, including the disgusting sink and the inside of the room. We are NEVER coming back to that place, it was really unpleasant and for that same price (or even less) I've stayed in better places in the same area. My suggestion: keep looking and stay away from this place and these people!!!

This is a great value right next to Disney. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is an older motel but had everything I look for. Microwave and fridge and fast working internet in the room. The furniture in the room is a little dated but the fixtures in the bathroom are new. Plenty of electrical outlets and a small table and chair next to the window made working on the computer easy. They have a heated pool and coffee and donuts in the morning. I paid less than $30 with tax. The room was clean and nice hot shower with good pressure. This is not the Westin but you can't beat the price. No iron or coffee maker in the room but you can get an iron at the front desk. I made my Starbucks Via in the microwave. Free shuttle to Disney. I recommend this one to all of my fellow budget-conscious travelers.

Great motel. Excellent rates, comfortable room, helpful service. It was easy and relaxing to stay here. Only shortcoming is the WIFI, which was quite slow. Still, it was free! Overall rating: 9/10, for an absurdly low price.

Went to all the Disney Parks It’s the perfect location for the parks. There is coffee, tea, orange juice, and little doughnuts at breakfast. But with a fridge and a microwave we have in the room, we can buy our own food. Beds and room were clean and restful. It’s not 4star but for the price it’s perfect. Free Wi-Fi and heated pool. Easy on and off to Disney. And free shuttle to some of the parks. We stayed 4 days and would do it again. Give it a try.

This hotel is cheap and is so close to Disney World. There is a free shuttle every day to Disney World, to Universal Studio's and to Sea World. Continental breakfast included Donuts and Tea/Coffee/Juice Rooms are clean. You can find a lot of gift shops around the hotel. On the other hand, it takes just a few minutes to walk to Mc Donald's, Burger King... I thing everything was so good.

this is a very good hotel to stay.no doubt the value of money is achieved.stayed 4 nights here and has no reservation to recommend for a cmfortable stay in orlando,where you also get free transportation to many atractions pgkrishnan from united arab emirates

The hotel was just below average hotel. For the price I paid I think it should've been little better. Don't try to eat breakfast there, it is just some juice and bread that may have been there for a while. But it was quiet during the night and slept well.

Crappy hotel, but doable if you want somewhere cheap. Not very clean, cheap on towels, not very service oriented. Location wasn't bad. Bright side...no bed bugs;)

Easy to get to Disney, Universal, and International Drive. 5 mins to Old Town, I stay here 3 to 4 times a year when I am in Orlando.

the holtel has a lot of false info such as 1. heated pool which is very cold. 2. the price we paid at yahoo did not including everything. there is hidden charge.when we checked in, they wanted us to sign a agreement that we have to pay another $2 a day for the safe box. when we told them that we didn't need the safe box, then they said that you have to pay it anyway, because that is mendate severice charge in Fl. When we were in the room we found tht the safe box is broken.We felt that we were betrayed. In the 1st three days, the key card had never work. we had to go to the front desk evey day to line up to get the new key card. The front desk hardly pick up the phone. there is no phone jack or another kind of connection to the internet, even you would like to pay for it. we just feel that we were betrayed as it did not delivery the servce as the promised in the ad.
