Econo Lodge, Richmond

Hotel was updated and very clean. not fond of hardwood floors, but good for cleaning. They do take pets. lighting outside was very bright, staff was very friendly.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed without paying extra. Room was very comfortable. Slept great. Doors had good locks. Outside lite up very well. Felt very safe. Park right outside your room. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Only minor thing I didn't like was the hardwood floors. Could hear neighbors kids running back and forth on the hardwood flooring until they finally got tired and went to bed. Had kids myself so I know how they are traveling. It can be expected. Great place to stay for the price. Will stop at this Motel 6 again when in the area.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. The super 8 in Centerville Ind tried to rip us off so we had to find another hotel for the night. With being minutes from the Eldora speedway which was having the perlube to the dream that night i did not figure we would find another hotel. The rooms were very clean and remodeled the beds were new. We had a very nice stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling through here.

Didnt like a thing. The owners whole family stays there. The front desk people were not professional. The keys didnt work in the rooms. My phone kept ringing I had to unplug it. The bathroom fan made a noise. The room was FILTHY FILTHY GROSS. The beds were stained the air conditioner leaked all overr. The smell was the pits. The outside had rubbers and dead birds. The pool looked great and you notice that is the only picture they show. Dont go there unless your a hooker or crook. Leave the light on Which color?

our mattress had stains down the side that looked like someone had been killed there.. there was what i thought was jelly stains on the inside of the comforter.. meaning it hadnt been washed.. the tv barely work.. and when it did it made a high squeling sound.. the telephone had been broken to look like someone bugged the place! very creepy.. allittle up date and cleaning would make it much better!
