Good Service

I was misplaced from my home for a few months and enjoyed my stay there. Most of the staff was extremly friendly and room service was good! They came by everyday unless told by me to do otherwise and everyone was at my becking call whenever I needed them! The only downside about the hotel is the tiny weight room and in the 2bedroom suite the upstairs is not really cut off from the downstairs so if you say on the upper level it lacks privacy! Otherwise the location is extremly convenient and surrounded by things to do!

HOUSEKEEPING SUCKS

I moved into a room and there were holes under the kitchen sink.I didn't receive housekeeping six times.When I did finally receive housekeeping the sinks and the tubs were still dirty.I had to contact the manager myself after I left message at the front desk of my problems.General manager and her assistant just gave 20,000 points two days refund and 10.00 off our bill.I contacted Bill Marriott's and nothing was done to satisfy me.Why would they not give me a credit for all the days I did not receive housekeeping.Hospitality is not at this hotel.When you dine in eating area no one greets you.If Bill Marriott knew this everyone would be fired.

Excelent choice for extended stay guests!

The Residence Inn is an extended stay Hotel with all the comfort you expect in a Marriott Hotel. The Suites are big with living area and separeate kitchen. There is an outside pool and a small gym which are well maintained. The newly changed management does an excelent job and is alway present and willing to help. The staff at the frontdesk as well as in the Gatehouse for breakfast are very polite and always good for a chat. the rooms are clean and most of the houskeepers do a good job. Rates vary between 69 and 169 USD depending on the type of suite, the corporate contract (if any) and the length of stay.
