Novotel Perth Langley, Perth

My partner and I just spent an anniversary night at the Novotel Langley. While the rooms were clean and spacious, it was hard for us to relax and enjoy our visit after it took us an hour and a half simply to check in. The Reception were unhelpful and unfriendly, parking was a nightmare, we were given the wrong instructions for getting in to our room and so had to go up and down the lift three times - which was made even more difficult when the lifts were 'reserved' for wedding guests. Then, to top it off they 'forgot' that we'd been booked in for a special package (despite charging us for it) and we had to remind them of all the things said package was supposed to include. I would not return to stay at this hotel, its hard to get a good sleep when you're that stressed from dealing with poor service!
