I was totally disappointed!

When I got to this hotel, it was hard to find because it is far back from the road and the sign is hard to see. Good thing! You should keep on going.
My expectations were for a place that was clean, inexpensive and moderately quiet so I could sleep after watching a basketball game on ESPN2. When I got to my room, this "renovated" hotel basically has a new coat of paint and new carpeting. Looks like the bathrooms were partially fixed-up as well, but the place was only marginally clean (NOTE: I grew up with 3 brothers and don't have really high standards for cleanliness like some people do.)
I was willing to put up with this, but when I went to the front desk to complain that my TV was programmed wrong and I couldn't see my basketball game -- the game that prompted me to seek out a cheap hotel, rather than drive home and miss it -- they told me they would fix it the next day! No new room. No offer of maintenance. Nothing.
I went to bed in frustration and checked out. Never again!
PS: The coffee was terrible too.
