The Lakes, Beaverton

The first day we came in to move, they were painting the outside of the apartment. They did not tell us they were painting and we had told them when we were moving in. So we had to carefully move in our stuff while they continued to paint. They are constantly having water problems and having to shut down the water. Sometimes they don't give a notice of when the water has been turned off. It costs more to live near the so called lake which is more like a swamp. You are pretty much paying more to have insects living closer to you if you're near the lake. The value of the place is not worth how much they should be. Maintenance doe not come to fix your problem right away. You have to constantly give messages over and over to the people in the office. The only positive thing about living here is living near the shopping center. Other than that, I would not recommend living here!
