Stay here for smoking only rooms

We made reservations for NON-Smoking room due to health reasons. When we arrived the horribly rude lady at the front desk stated the hotel was smoking only and that we could take it on leave it. No offer to help, nothing. If you like rude staff and very dirty lobby's (we never saw a roof but I can't imagine what they would look like based on the horrible lobby) this is the place for you.
 
 
 
 
 
A decent place to lay your head

Staff was friendly. It was a little disappointing that there was no pool, my fault for not noticing when I booked. We stayed on a Sunday night and there wasn't much open in Hot Springs. The room was clean and the bathroom was a little small. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. The room did have a slight odor.

Small bathroons, very noisy, walls are very thin and you can hear everything including in hallway. Night help was very nice upon check in. Thank heavens we only stayed one night on way to next stop
 
 
 
 
 
Very Nice Place to Stay!

This hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Although check-in was at 3:00, we were able to check in at 2:00. We were in a king sized room which had a micro frige(very convenient for our 3 nights stay). The continental breakfast was a nice touch. I'm not a big breakfast eater, so the muffins, danishes, bagels, and juice was plenty. I would definantly stay here again.

Great Deal & Great People!!!

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times. It is clean and very reasonable. It is very close to the lake. It is nicer than both of the "resort" hotels downtown.

A Great choice for lodging in Hot Springs

I stayed here on 3/1/05 and I was very pleased with it. It was clean, the rooms were small, but they had everthing we needed such as: ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, and the staff was helpful and polite. The free breakfast was very good also, and they also gave us 2 free passes to the raquet club just down the road so we could go workout, which we did, and it was very impressive as well. Overall it was a great place to stay with a great price and many little extras.
