To start off with read this whole letter it get worse as I go. We'll it say's the hotel has a swimming pool it does not there is also no restraunt in the hotel eather like it says. We'll we got there checked in and I was praying the rooms looked better than the check in area did it was very dirty so we got our key cards went to our room opened the door the smelled so bad as we went in to the bathrrom we were killing very large bugs opened the shower curtain there was no way I was stepping in it it was nasty so we went across the Street to buy lysol, Scrubbing bubbles to clean the reastroom we had to spray the bed with lysol because the beds smelled the sheets had burn hole in them at 12:00 in the morning some one was trying to get in our room they rented it out again to someone else then at 2:00 am in the morning the office called and I had to down there they had now record of me paying for they room they changed shifts also so the person I delt with was not there thank God I had my confirmation number with me they thought we stold the room so I had to deal with all that and Had to give all my information to them again there is a launge problem any way I did reseve a refund only after I checked out and had to come back in 5 hours to get my money back I wanted a reciept so they didn't try to charge my credit card and they didn't want to give it to me so I made them give me the slip that had my credit card number on it I felt they were talking about me since every time they spoke there launge insted of English trust me don't stay there you'll regret it
