cheap price but don't stay more than 6 hours

If you expect less than minimum or if you are planning to catch a flight to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard ... it's ok to sleep and get out. The shower works and is hot. There is nothing else good to mention. Too many broken stuff to list. The management does not appear to care much to maintain the property.
