Great for A Family Reunion

Great location - looks out across street at Falmouth Heights beach. Great yard space for a lobster bake. Great parking space. Has all needed amenities (large outdoor grill, plenty of refrigerator space, spacious rooms for sleeping and gathering, beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. Other motels close by, British Beer Works close by.

We have rented this property for a second time after having a great experience there in the Fall of 2004. Waterviews are unsurpassed and the house is in great shape. The owner's have been very accomodating.

Awesome views. Great for large groups.

This property is now being rented only to large groups for reunions, corporate, or special events. It was perfect for our corporate off-site. The ocean front enclosed porch was conducive for great brain storming sessions. The 9 bedrooms each with their own bath and most with water views, was just what we needed.
