Staff were terrible, and charged us for stuff they shouldn't have. When I was checking out I asked if I owed anything, and I was told 'no you have already paid for the room.' Yet when I arrived home after my trip to California I was alarmed to see I had been charged by this hotel. Do not stay at a place where they will charge you with out your knowledge. They knew how many people we had, because they saw us all when we checked in, they should have said something instead of charging without our knowledge. This is greedy and bad business practice. Do yourself a favour and find some where else. (Also alot of bums hanging around, asking for money.)
