Good place

It was not the Hilton but the place was clean, conveniently located, and the owners are more than accommodating.

Very pleasant experience
By julie, 5/25/11
Our stay at San Jacinto Inn was exactly what we were looking for-one night in a decently clean, inexpensive and safe place. What made the experience even better and prompted this review was the extra hopitality that we received from Dee the manager. Not only was she was very nice and accomodating when we arrived late to get our keys, she also went out of her way for us. Upon packing up I was unable to find my ring anywhere in the room. When checking out I mentioned this to Dee and gave her my cell phone #. Before I got a mile down the road she called and had my ring. She had ran up to the room and thoroughly searched until she found it. We ended up engaging in an interesting conversation, and by the time I was leaving I felt so appreciative that I had made a connection with someone who was such a caring and intelligent individual. Because of Dee's above and beyond hospitality, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the San Jacinto/Hemet area. And to top it off-the price absolutely cannot be beat. Thanks again Dee!!

Worst Experience from a hotel thus far.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/21/09
I stayed there last night and wish that I could have stayed somewhere else to be honest. The hotel manager was a complete heartless B. I will say however that it was clean, and I am a bit of a germophobe so by saying that it had to have been clean. However, the hotel manager kept mixing us up with another room who had been complained about earlier without our knowledge. A smoke alarm went off in our room and we smelled something burning so I thought it'd be only right to call and let the front desk know....well we were told to leave or else the police would have been called on us not even 10 minutes after the phone call was made because as she says we were so drunk and disruptive and were disturbing other clients with our "Fire Prank". We were actually sleep when the alarm went off and had been sleep for some hourse. hmmmm, a fire alarm wakes us up, we smell smoke, and were confused with room 114 when we were in room 111. And to top it off, even in our "drunken" state we were told to leave under those conditions. I know she's not running a daycare however getting back home was a complete nightmare as we were not all in a healthy state of mind but we had to go down ramona which was incredibly dark and is a scary road to drive even when very sober, as well as drive through the worst fog this town has seen in decades. Would I reccommend it no, because she will take your money and make you leave as she had so boldly told us earlier that she does all the time while paying for the room. That should have been a sign for us to leave there. RIP OFF.
