San Joaquin Suites Hotel, Fresno

Out of all the hotels I have visited before in Fresno this one is has to be THE WORST hands down!!!! The entire staff from the executive managers to the housekeepers were simply rude and not friendly at all. I traveled from Los Angeles by car with my family and after the long & exhausting trip (prior to me confirming my reservations over the phone) when I arrived they informed me that my room was no longer available!!!! If I wanted to stay I would have to pay double. Mangers who were on staff that evening was very apologetic but stood firm on his word to charging me much more than I could afford. The reason for the mix up was when I made the reservation online it offered me the wrong price and he could not honor it!?!?!? For my time and travel the manager gave me a $3.00 bottle of ripple or was it wine not sure but it was cheap and disgusting. I find it amazing that this place is still in business and one thing for sure the customer is NOT there priority. COMPLETE RIP-OFF

We enjoyed our stay. It was more space than we're used to, and it was a good place to lay your head. Remodeling is being done, and that accounts for the outdated television. Wi-fi didn't work in our room. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area. We stayed two nights, left, and came back for another two nights, so the washer and dryer room was great to have. We would stay there again.
